Q: Where are your products made and shipped from?

A: Our products are created and shipped right here in the USA.

 

Q: Are your products safe for all ages?

A: Reflection and Kamille’s Blend are safe for all skin types, but it recommended not to use on children younger than two years of age. However, as with any new product, ALWAYS perform a patch test.

 

Q: What is the shelf life of the butters?

A: There is a twelve-month shelf life if always stored in a cool dry place.

 

Q: Are your products all natural and cruelty free?

A: Yes, our products are all natural and never tested on animals.

Q: What is considered damaged?

A: A product is damaged when it cannot be used for its intended purpose. 

      Ex. A broken or cracked container

Q: Why don't you use colorants? 

A: MA.D. Love has chosen not to use colorants because we are committed to bringing you the most natural, chemical free butter we can. While they are aesthetically pleasing, our main focus is  the health of your and my skin.

Q: What are you fragrances made of? 

A: Our fragrances are made from a blend of essential oils.

Q: What testing has your butters undergone?

A: While the FDA does not require trials to be conducted on ALL natural products,  I felt is was pertinent to perform them. For two years multiple trials were conducted by men and women of all skins types of various ages. With this data, I was able to make the necessary adjustments to bring you the product offered today.
