Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges.​ We do not issue refunds if you are not satisfied with the scent. A refund can be provided if an order is cancelled before it is shipped. In the event your order arrives damaged please email madlovebeauty@yahoo.com
Melted butter is not considered damaged and can still be used. When shea butter melts, it will have a gritty consistency and look to it. If melting occurs, place in the refrigerator for a few minutes to return it back to a quality, solidified butter.

Shipping Policy:

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 5-7 business days (business days does not include weekends or holidays) unless otherwise noted in the description of that product.  Please be mindful that shippers may be experiencing delays that are beyond the control of M.A.D. Love resulting in receiving your package 2-5 business days after your tracking information has been sent.

• M.A.D. Love is not responsible for stolen packages. 

• Orders that are returned to sender because of incorrect address will result in the customer paying the reshipping fee or a store credit will be provided less the value of shipping. 

• During warmer months it is highly recommended that your product is delivered to a location indoors. Due to the product being just like "butter" hot temperatures (80 degrees or higher) will cause it to melt.​ M.A.D. Love will take precaution to prevent this, but we are not responsible for your product melting in transit.

Processing Time:

M.A.D. Love crafts our luxury skincare products after you place your order. This ensures we provide the freshest ingredients and a longer shelf life for the product. This made-by-order system requires a handling time of 1-5 business days to give us time to craft our custom products and send them to you.

Directions:

For best results use on clean, damp skin. The butter can be applied at any time throughout the day as needed. A small amount goes a long way, but feel free to use the adequate amount for your skin type.

If irritation develops, discontinue use, and consult doctor if needed. Keep jar lid closed when not in use and store in a cool, dry place. To avoid contamination, use clean, dry hands or a scooper.
